Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I do accept returns.  Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package, and return the purchase to me in original condition at your cost.  Once received, I will issue a refund (not including shipping costs).  There will be no refunds offered on custom or personalized items.

Please Note:

All pieces are handmade, so no two items will be identical.  Please allow for slight variances from the photos taken and the nature of the yarn.  I try to represent my products as accurately as possible through product descriptions and photos.
